Welcome to Superior Pilates – where our goal is to make every session a Superior one!
Superior instruction: Every Superior Pilates instructor has been trained in classic Pilates by Romana Kryzanowska’s Romana’s Pilates, employing the techniques developed by Joseph Pilates, himself. You will get a program custom-designed just for your body and for the best results possible.
Superior equipment: At Superior Pilates, we use only Gratz equipment as originally designed by Joseph Pilates and still built to his specifications. This insures the true results from Authentic Pilates. We have reformers, cadillacs, barrels, spine correctors, wall units, magic circles, wunda chairs, arm chair, big chair, a pedipole and other accessories.
Superior experience: From the welcoming entry with cubbies for your things to the main floor arranged for private, duet and group sessions, we try to make your visit with us a workout oasis, a special hour away from the daily grind.
